TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this prize draw is Schroders Real Estate Investment Management, operator of The Knightsbridge Estate.
1.2. Registered office: 1 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU, United Kingdom.
1.3. The prize draw is administered by LCA Communications Limited on behalf of The Knightsbridge Estate.
1.4. The Instagram post announcing the prize draw, including any instructions and significant conditions stated in that post, forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
2.2. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms of use.
2.3. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they are eligible to enter and eligible to claim the prize.
2.4. The promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age, residency and eligibility before awarding the prize.
3. Prize draw period
3.1. The prize draw opens at 12:00 BST on Monday 28 September 2026.
3.2. The prize draw closes at 23:59 BST on Monday 5 October 2026.
3.3. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.
4. How to enter
4.1. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4.2. To enter, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the prize draw period:
- Follow @theknightsbridgeestate on Instagram.
- Like the official prize draw post.
- Tag one friend in the comments on the official prize draw post.
4.3. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment tags one different friend.
4.4. Duplicate comments tagging the same friend may be treated as duplicate entries and may not be counted.
4.5. Story shares are welcome but will not count as additional entries.
4.6. Entrants must not tag accounts in a way that is abusive, misleading, spam-like or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the prize draw.
4.7. Entries made on behalf of another person, joint entries, bulk entries, automated entries or entries submitted through agents, third parties, bots, scripts or other automated means will not be accepted.
4.8. Entries that are incomplete, late, incorrectly submitted, offensive, inappropriate, fraudulent or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions may be disqualified.
5. The prize
5.1. There is one prize package available for one winner.
5.2. The winner of the prize draw will receive:
- A personal shopping experience at Levi’s Knightsbridge store and one £300 voucher to spend only at Levi’s Knightsbridge store, 61 Brompton Rd, London SW3 1DP.
- One £150 voucher to spend only at OFFICE’s Knightsbridge store, 73 Brompton Rd, London SW3 1DB.
5.3. The Levi’s voucher is redeemable at Levi’s Knightsbridge store based at 61 Brompton Rd, London SW3 1DP only.
5.4. The OFFICE voucher is redeemable at OFFICE’s Knightsbridge store based at 73 Brompton Rd, London SW3 1DB only.
5.5. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, additional food or drink, service charge, personal expenses or any other costs not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
5.6. Redemption of the prize is subject to the relevant venue, store or supplier’s usual opening hours, availability, policies and terms.
5.7. The prize must be redeemed within six months of issue.
5.8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.9. If the prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to offer a reasonable equivalent prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random on Tuesday 6 October 2026 from all eligible entries received during the prize draw period.
6.2. The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected winner.
7. Winner notification
7.1. The winner will be contacted privately by Instagram direct message from @theknightsbridgeestate on Tuesday 6 October 2026, during business hours (9am–5pm).
7.2. The winner will have 72 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim the prize.
7.3. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, declines the prize, cannot be contacted, fails to provide the information required to fulfil the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to select a reserve winner using the same random selection process.
7.4. The promoter will not contact entrants from any account other than @theknightsbridgeestate. Entrants should not respond to, or provide personal information to, any other account claiming to be connected with the prize draw.
7.5. The winner will not be announced publicly by The Knightsbridge Estate.
8. Prize fulfilment
8.1. Once the winner has accepted the prize and confirmed eligibility, LCA Communications Limited will coordinate prize fulfilment on behalf of The Knightsbridge Estate.
8.2. The Levi’s and OFFICE vouchers will be issued by LCA Communications Limited on behalf of The Knightsbridge Estate.
8.3. The winner will be provided with reasonable instructions for redeeming both elements of the prize.
8.4. The promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming or redeeming the prize unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
9. Personal data
9.1. Personal data provided by entrants will be used only for the administration of the prize draw, including winner selection, winner notification, eligibility checks and prize fulfilment.
9.2. The winner may be asked to provide personal information, such as their name, contact details and any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and fulfil the prize.
9.3. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the promoter’s privacy policy.

9.5. Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
10. Instagram
10.1. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
10.2. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with the prize draw.
10.3. Entrants understand that they are providing information to the promoter, not to Instagram.
10.4. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the prize draw should be directed to The Knightsbridge Estate and not to Instagram.
11. General
11.1. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
11.2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be submitted due to technical issues, network issues, platform restrictions or any other reason outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
11.4. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11.5. Any tax liability arising from the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
11.6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
