The Knightsbridge Estate Development Completes Shell and Core Works

We’re delighted to have completed the shell and core works of our ambitious K1 development at the northern end of The Knightsbridge Estate.

The project is delivering seven flagship retail stores, 67,000 sq. ft. of grade A office accommodation, 33 luxury rental apartments and a destination roof-top restaurant.

The development contains office development One Hooper’s Court, an outstanding example of a vibrant workplace of the future, designed with wellbeing for the environment and staff in mind. Speaking of transport links, we’ve also made significant improvements to the surrounding area including widening pavements, remodelling Hooper’s Court to link Brompton Road and Basil Street, and a new Knightsbridge underground tube entrance, with step-free access further west along Brompton Road.

Finally, Knightsbridge Gardens is our standout build-to-rent scheme in prime central London, featuring 33 luxury rental apartments, drawing on influences from the Art Nouveau, Modernist and Art Deco periods. Units will range in size from one to four bedrooms and services will include a 24-hour concierge, valet parking and the use of a club room.
